Q. Do I need to create an account to purchase products?
A. No, but if you create an account you can add your delivery address to speed up your ordering process the next time you order, and you can view your previous order history. Please contact us if you have recently created an account and your order history doesn't show in your account. This is usually because you ordered as a non account holder.
Q. I don't have a customer account, how do I create one?
A. To create an account click on the register link at the very top of the page or click here
Q. I don't have a PayPal account, how do I checkout and make payment?
A. You don't need a PayPal account, you can pay by credit card using PayPal without a PayPal account
Q. I don't have any adapters with my WunderBar Cooler to fit your kegs, where can I purchase these adapters?
A. You will have to contact WunderBar or the vendor who supplied you with the cooler
Q. How long does a keg last when installed in the pump?
A. Once installed the beer stays fresh for up to a month
Q. How do I view my past orders?
A. You need to create a customer account and login. Once logged in you will be directed to your personal customer account where you can add up to two addresses, billing (and shipping if different from billing). Any purchases you make as a logged in customer will show in your account profile
Q. I have made previous purchases but did not have an account when these transactions took place, how do I view these previous orders?
