To reduce administration costs we only take internet orders.

Order online and you can check the status of your order from the moment it leaves the warehouse by using the track order link on the menu, assuring you that your product(s) have been dispatched and your goods will arrive promptly.

Shipping Countries

We currently ship to most EU countries, we do not ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, or any other country outside the EU. Please do not email us requesting if we can do this - your email will be ignored.

Shipping costs are shown during the checkout process when you choose your destination county or country and click 'update totals' 

Delivery Time Scale:- Pumps

Please allow up to 7 working days for your order. .If we cannot meet this time scale we will inform you by email - All our products are sent by courier and must be signed for on collection. No orders are dispatched at weekends. In certain cases you may receive your pump before your kegs so please do not be concerned, the kegs will arrive a few days later.

Delivery Time Scale: Kegs

Due to HM Customs import regulations regarding alcohol and distance selling we have to arrange customs clearance per transaction so please allow 7 working days for kegs, although it is quite likely you will receive them earlier than this if you order at weekend before our Sunday midnight deadline.

Your kegs are duty paid and VAT paid, please take note, not all companies adhere to this procedure, ordering from non UK companies may make you liable for duty to be paid.

Your kegs could be held at the depot and will not be released. You will be expected to visit the depot and pay the outstanding duty before your goods are released.
