Delivery & Risk of Loss
PerfectBeers.com is responsible for all products until such time that they leave the warehouse and are handed to a third-party carrier for final delivery. Although we take steps to ensure your product has a certificate of posting, we cannot accept responsibility if you, the client, inputs an incorrect shipping address. Although we take steps to ensure you receive your goods within our specified time scale we cannot be responsible for late arrivals and cannot refund delivery costs unless circumstances are exceptional. Cancelling Your Order, Returns & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by email within 24 hours. Please be aware we do not give full refunds once the goods have been dispatched unless the goods are deemed to be faulty. If you have received the incorrect goods you must inform us within 3 days. Any kegs which have been fitted to an appliance will not be exchanged for an alternative keg, the keg must have the seal intact for an exchange to be processed. If goods are refused to be accepted or you are not at the address upon delivery, you will only receive a partial refund. Please note, due to administration and return postage costs we reserve the right to charge a fee which we consider to be appropriate for processing refunds if we consider you have decided you no longer want the product(s) or have been unable to accept delivery. Kegs purchased for intention of use with the Wunderbar Cooler require special adapters to be fitted to the keg, we cannot accept returns for orders when you the customer does not have the appropriate adapter or have not checked if your Wunderbar appliance is compatible. If you order kegs for your Wunderbar Cooler without checking with the manufacturers whether your appliance accepts them, and later find they are not compatible, you must bear the postage costs of returning the kegs if you require a refund and return them within 10 days of purchase. Under no circumstances can kegs be returned as faulty after 1 month of purchase.

Your PerfectDraft beer pump has a manufacturer's guarantee for one year from the date of purchase. If your unit is faulty you must contact us by email within this guarantee period. Any claims outside the guarantee period will be void.
Once you have submitted your claim and we have accepted it you must return the unit by registered post with adequate insurance to cover the cost of damage/loss in transit.
We will immediately despatch a replacement unit after inspection providing the unit has not been subject to damage above and beyond what we consider to be 'normal use'.
If you purchased your appliance as part of a special offer, introductory offer or at a discount price, the discount or offer will not be applicable to the replacement, the difference in price will have to be paid before we send you the replacement. If the model of your appliance is no longer available we will try to repair the appliance. If the appliance is beyond repair and a replacement is required you will be expected to pay any difference in price between the old model and new.
